Our Story
OBCD Baits was born from brotherhood — two brothers, both proud U.S. military veterans, who came home from service with a shared obsession: catching more fish. After years of buying baits that let them down, they decided to build something better. They started injecting their own soft plastics in the garage, experimenting with colors, salt content, and action until they had something that outfished everything on the shelf.
What started as a hobby quickly turned into a mission. We realized that most mass-produced baits cut corners — cheap materials, inconsistent pours, and colors that fade after one fish. We knew we could do better.
The same discipline, attention to detail, and never-quit attitude they brought home from the military goes into every single bait. Today, every OBCD bait is still hand injected right here in the USA using premium, GMO-free plastisol. We obsess over every detail because that's just who we are. We don't settle for the status quo — we believe innovation is what separates the good from the great, and we're constantly pushing to develop new designs, colors, and formulas that change the way anglers fish.
